Today 4/12/15 I called the fountain valley store looking for a Thor Outlaw 550 super "c" I talked with Steve who asked that I give him 10 minutes to check to see if he had one, 5 min pass and I get a call from Larry who told me he had checked and he did have a 550 OutLaw and also a reg C and a class A Outlaw. 2014 Roadtrek Agile...delivery date on rig was Jan. 22, 2015. Upon picking up rig and walk through, Alejandro demonstrated the awning and indicated that it did not extend properly because if had just be washed. A few days later it still did not work properly. We purchased 2015 Travato for cash.Picked it up after inept,uninformed salesperson was rude and had no knowledge about the vehicle took us through it only to find dealership had broken hinge on refrigerator door,removed side screen, an option we had purchased,and the awning was torn.That was over one month ago and no action to repair these things has been taken.Service dept. Purchased a used 2006 RV..Before getting 188 miles on it since it was purchased, had a number of additional issues which took them over 3 weeks to repair. I bought the motorhome from the pomona RV show and was promised several concessions from Mike Thompson's RC . It was late for delivery and was not a completed RV. Getting a TV Antennae for direct, it has been in Fountain valley for three weeks. The lost my info and the RV, Tech lied about finishing the work, 3 1/3 weeks later went to pick up, and it did not work. Still have not received it... Read more

This dealer is not customer oriented. I had a call from the "sales manager" tonight regarding one of the sales people. I can't believe these people!!! I wasn't asking for the best price or to match the price of a dealer in Northern CA; I was asking for a reasonable price. After 6 weeks of waiting and 6k in repairs our 97K forest River RV was returned in horrible condition. No walk through to confirms repairs just pay the cashier and we will pull it around. After walking into the RV were shocked to see that no prep work was done before starting the body work. the interior was covered in dust and paint over-spray from the repairs done. Service Center is very questionable. Brand new 5th Wheel - purchased Feb 2014 and has been at Santa Fe Springs Service 3.5 months. AND nothing has actually been fixed. This is our 3rd purchase here and it will be our last. DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF PRODUCT NOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. Add comment

I HAVE PLACED FOUR CALLS TO THE G.M., DAVID MORGAN, WITH NO RESPONSE. IT SEEMS THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE CONSUMER'S PROBLEM REGARDING GETTING A REFUND OF CANCELLATION OF AN EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT.
