Have bought 2 new rv from mike Thompson in foutian valley ca .a class c then a class A diesel . Service on the last 2014 unit was *** ,latter broke , asked about warranty was sumitted by Randy as well as 2 recall issues .went on for ever . Called back many times did most of the paper work for him ,recall numbers ect , then never heard back from him ,called main office found out he had been replaced . Long story short, We picked out an RV, put down 10,000 CASH, did everything they asked us to do, 6 weeks later, they sold it out from under us...They said that the coach was "off the market" until financing options were extinguished. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! And every one we talked to lied to us at one time or another...and now they say it will take a week to get our deposit back! Don't walk, RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! Read more

Sales department couldn't deliver the correct coach, falsified loan document dates and wouldn't call to follow up on anything, always blaming someone else. Service department had our coach for 6 weeks would not communicate progress / delays. Half the scheduled repairs were not completed, we picked up the coach on Saturday and scheduled there to have the service manager there to go over the repairs and he was not there. So.....this story is so long, I'm just going to list some highlights. We purchased a new 5th wheel in July. We took it back in October to have repairs done. Things that needed correcting and damage to a decal. We waiting months for them to call saying the decal had arrived when in fact they had never ordered it. Now it has been with them for over a month. They ran into it and scratched it. We purchased a slightly used Forest River Forester MBS in which the prior owners had driven 1,000 miles and returned it after three months. We purchased it with 3,000 miles, after sitting on the lot for approximately three months. Over Thanksgiving, we drove it to Portland, Oregon from Southern California. Well let's start with Friday afternoon, we got it to the RV park, started setting things up, had A/C going worked perfectly approx 3 hours. So I bought a 50 thousand dollar "Luxury Toy Hauler" from Mike Thompson's ... Out camping and found out the shower didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work as well as the screen door wouldn't shut and a list of other problems. Hopefully anyone thinking about buying from this racket will read these reviews before they get the run around or even worse taken advantage of. Mine is simple and thankfully I did not get stuck with anything. Worse salesmen ever... will not notify you of any discounts or internet specials. Had axle problems after a trip, took it Mike Thompson for service. While there, they backed another trailer into mine, broke an outside door, repairs awful, fixed myself. Found out they never registered with Keystone after purchase, had them register it, then they called to say there was a recall on the axle that they had charged me to repair.
