Mike Thompsons Rv - Service department
I was quoted a final invoice amount. At cashier, the bill was $300.00 more than the stated final amount.
Driving off the lot, the cashier flags me down with another $220.00 invoice. We are in negotiations. The service agent was asked by me to schedule a meeting with the general manager to review the situation and arrive at a fair resolution. This meeting should never have to be scheduled.
I get making an error; however this was an error of more than $500.00 because "someone forgot to add it to the invoice."
When I shop for an item and buy it at the advertised price, the store must honor the advertised price.
Here, the principle I'd the same. I should only have to pay the advertised price.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
