65 issues or concerns for our brand new motorhome. 13 fixed myself, half still not resolved after three service visits. Issues addressed month prior to pick-up not fixed. Walk through completed after dark. Found more issues. Three month now and three service visits. Still long list of fix-its. Some done okay, some done half-way, others they forget. i had a experience that was exhausting, first off we went by the fountaun valley rv . meet with kellen Mr B K ( thats what the family and i call him.) I was quoted a final invoice amount. At cashier, the bill was $300.00 more than the stated final amount. Driving off the lot, the cashier flags me down with another $220.00 invoice. We are in negotiations. The service agent was asked by me to schedule a meeting with the general manager to review the situation and arrive at a fair resolution. I have been looking for a travel trailer for a couple of months and decided Mike Thompsons website showed several models that were exactly what I wanted with regard to size and pricing. I am happy with the trailer purchased it is just what we wanted. Prior to going to the dealer my wife read the dealership reviews and recommended I find some other dealer since there were so many negative reviews especially for the Santa Fe Springs location. I... Have bought 2 new rv from mike Thompson in foutian valley ca .a class c then a class A diesel . Service on the last 2014 unit was *** ,latter broke , asked about warranty was sumitted by Randy as well as 2 recall issues .went on for ever . Called back many times did most of the paper work for him ,recall numbers ect , then never heard back from him ,called main office found out he had been replaced . Brand new trailer been in service for over a month

Bought a brand new trailer. Pick it up at night didn't notice a dent above the door. The next day I brought it back and they said they would fix it but it may take a week or two. It has been over a month and there still not done they said they order the wrong parts. Very unhappy, canceled 2 camping trips

Long story short, We picked out an RV, put down 10,000 CASH, did everything they asked us to do, 6 weeks later, they sold it out from under us...They said that the coach was "off the market" until financing options were extinguished. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! And every one we talked to lied to us at one time or another...and now they say it will take a week to get our deposit back! Don't walk, RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! Read more

Sales department couldn't deliver the correct coach, falsified loan document dates and wouldn't call to follow up on anything, always blaming someone else. Service department had our coach for 6 weeks would not communicate progress / delays. Half the scheduled repairs were not completed, we picked up the coach on Saturday and scheduled there to have the service manager there to go over the repairs and he was not there.
